Farberg
–For wound care, order what you need on the day of the procedure and make sure wound supplies are delivered – this will keep you and your patient happy.

–Use the palmar crease pigmentation scale to predict post-inflammatory pigmentation

–For actinic keratosis (AK), pretreat with topical treatment such as tirbanibulin

Lebwohl
–Use apremilast to treat morphea

–XTRAC excimer laser treatment is effective for psoriasis

–Try ruxolitinib cream for vitiligo patients

Parisian
–Do not use veterinary lidocaine

–Photodynamic therapy has the best clearance rate of all AK field treatments

–Use glycopyrronium cloth for palmar hyperhidrosis

siegel
–Diamond files are not medical devices, but can polish calluses

–A call to its residents, the beauty bar 24 gold pulse facial massager, electric sign facial massage tools for sensitive skin, face lifting tightening and firming

–A second call to residents, the personal vibrating ice pack for acute pain relief, non-invasive professional cold pad device

Weinkle
–Injectable poly-l-lactic acid (“the only needle I’ve never had a clog”)

–Use non-sterile gloves for the excision tray; it is the sterile technique that is important rather than expensive sterile gloves

–For botox syringes, the TB syringe has the lowest dead space, which equates to less waste.
