The popular color selection is naturally having a moment, and it syncs up perfectly with the buzz surrounding Margot Robbie’s upcoming live-action portrayal of the famous doll for the upcoming “Barbie” movie, which is slated for release in 2023.
Searches on Etsy for hot pink “Barbiecore” fashion-related items increased 35% in the last three months compared to last year.
