A disturbing video of a man spraying water on a homeless woman outside a restaurant has gone viral, and it has been a nightmare for the San Francisco business where the video was filmed.
In the clip, which has been viewed more than 3.6 million times, a man identified as Collier Gwin can be seen viciously spraying water on a woman as he yells and motions for her to move as she tries to fight back.
Many took advantage of the comments to call the act “beyond cruel” and “disgusting”, criticizing the man for his actions.

“I just went from zero to raging,” said one comment.
Many eagle-eyed viewers noticed Gwin standing in front of the Barbarossa Lounge, suggesting he might be employed at the restaurant.
The restaurant clarified in a statement that the man was in no way affiliated with its business.
The clip was recorded by a man named Edson Garcia, who works next door at a cafe and filmed him passing by and hearing screams.
“Sometimes you can do more with a video than tell the community what’s happening in the city. Sometimes you do that to remind people who we are,” Garcia told the local news station. KRON 4.
In a second video, Gwin doubled down on her actions and tried to justify the incident by inferring that the woman had been acting violently.

Gwin is the owner of the Foster Gwin Art Gallery, which is located near the restaurant where the incident occurred.
Coalition on Homelessness Executive Director Jennifer Friedenbach said 4 crowns that the woman was offered to take her to a shelter. San Francisco board president Aaron Peskin explained via social media that his team “knows well” the woman and that they have been “trying for many months to get her support.”
