This week in black fashion

This week in black fashion

Another week means a lot of new fashions: specifically collaborations and announced releases, and we couldn’t be happier. As the year enters its final quarter, looking back, this year’s fashion has had its fair share of ups and downs. However, one thing remains certain: collaborations are always celebrated and highly anticipated. Each of these collaborations spans from historic brands, new brands and luxury to streetwear. In this week’s anticipation, we’ve rounded up the releases you need to know about below.

Dior X Tremaine Emory

Already selected by Supreme, designer Tremaine Emory has an eye like no one else. As luxury and streetwear continue to merge, it makes sense that it would come in to elevate the brand’s storytelling. We can’t wait (emphasis on we can’t) to see what happens with this new relationship.

Jimmy Choo X Timbalandia

Bed on Water designer Shanel Campbell was tapped to design the collaboration we never imagined would happen. The significance of this cultural moment is that, first, a black woman was chosen because of her immense talent, and second, these two household names come from very different origins; having them intertwine is amazing.

Moose Knuckles X Telfar

The collaboration we’ve been waiting for is Moose Knuckles and Teflarting! This is the second collaboration they’ve done together, and it really only gets better. This time there are 24 pieces(!!!) ranging from jackets, pants and accessories.

Skims X Snoop Dogg

Do you know that Snopp Dogg is everywhere? Well here he is again and this time accompanied by his entire family at the Skims Holiday Collection. This is the first time that all three generations of his family have appeared together.

new balance sneakers

Bodega and New Balance attract similar types of shoppers; this is actually a match made in heaven. The face of the campaign, Amine, is just the icing on the cake, really. The Bodega X New Balance 9060 “Age of Discovery” will be available exclusively on the Bodega website.
