He sees religious differences as a unique advantage rather than a cause of friction: “I feel sorry for those who still love to focus on one’s differences instead of embracing and promoting our similarities. Throughout this journey, our respective religions or ethnicities have never gotten in the way of how we conduct business or interact with each other. Rather, it has been a pillar of strength, as we have used our individual skill sets and backgrounds to collectively build a strong foundation. It also brings to light our shared experiences and cultures. When Liz invited me over for Passover, it really felt like she was home, and in turn, when Liz came over for Eid, it felt like we were all one collective family.”
