The Full Weird Story Behind TikTok’s New Viral Sex Song

It is currently number one on Spotify’s Global Viral chart.

In the last 24 hours, there has been one story and one song that seems to dominate my TikTok For You page. The internet seems to be gripped by a guy’s story and his very strange choice of music for his sex playlist. Hudson Mohawke’s Cbat has been described by some on Reddit as “an inflatable clown falling down the stairs” and “a mouse caught in the claw of an owl slowly dying.” While it can be bad enough hearing it constantly on her TikTok feed, think of a girl who had to listen to it for two years of their relationship.

In a post titled: “My girlfriend of two years told me the music I play during sex is weird and gets me really off,” Reddit user u/TylerLife said he played the song “almost every time” they had sex and they did. to help improve your sexual performance.

Since sharing the story on Reddit four days ago, the electronic trap song has skyrocketed in popularity. There are currently 85,000 videos on TikTok using Cbat by Hudson Mohawke. It is number one on the US iTunes Electronic Chart and is currently number one on Spotify’s Global Viral Chart.

In an even wilder twist, the Reddit user posted an update explaining that his girlfriend’s sister saw his original post. He admitted to playing the song earlier while having dinner with his girlfriend’s parents and now they’ve broken up. Meanwhile, on TikTok, people have claimed to be the anonymous source and to have found his entire sex playlist.

In an exclusive interview, Tyler’s Instagram account spoke to The Tab about his newfound fame and how he had sex to the beat of Cbat for two years. You can find out what they said here.

Here’s a full rundown of everything else that’s happened so far:

‘It’s a good lovemaking song with a good beat’

In the post, TylerLife said: “When I first started having sex, I researched ways to be better as I was a bit stiff and had virtually no idea what I was doing. I read online that you can play music and match the beat to have a better performance.”

As a result, he began to assemble his playlist with songs that he felt “comfortable on the beat” with. However, he admitted that Cbat is his favorite song and that it’s a “good lovemaking song with a good beat.”

Unfortunately, but perhaps unsurprisingly, his girlfriend wasn’t all that interested in the hint. He said: “My girlfriend hates [it] and says [it] it turns it off in a major way.

“I don’t understand why it took her two years to tell me she hates that song… Leaving her for two years thinking our sex life is great but in her eyes my music just ruined it has left the whole situation feeling uncomfortable and I’m a little upset.

“I pretty much played this song every time, so the number of times she must not have enjoyed it, when I thought the opposite is annoying but also embarrassing in a way.”

TylerLife said the sex feels “awkward now” and that maybe the problem is hers because her previous partners “have never complained about the song.” He is such a fan of the screeching trap song that he plays it in her head even when they have sex without music.

“The other day we were having sex without music, but I was still thrusting to the tune that was playing in my head. She recognized this and asked me to stop,” she said.

The story went viral on TikTok and everyone wondered the same thing. How the hell do you follow any kind of beat in a song that has one of the most erratic beats you can imagine?

And now, naturally, everyone is rinsing it off on TikTok:

His girlfriend’s sister later showed the post to her parents.

After the post went viral on Reddit, Twitter, and TikTok, TylerLife said that despite being “overwhelmed with messages,” he would share an update on how things were going with his girlfriend. Unfortunately for TylerLife, the relationship ended.

He said he wished he hadn’t used his “real name and our real ages” because it exposed who he was. In the post, he says that his name is Tyler Life and he is 25 years old, while his ex-girlfriend is 20 years old.

“Sadly her younger sister recognized this and showed her parents that they were not happy at all and made the situation extremely uncomfortable.”

It’s about to get a lot more awkward because he then admits that he played the song at the dinner table with his then-girlfriend and her parents. “Once, at a family dinner, we were talking about music tastes and my ex-girlfriend said I have weird taste in music. They all laughed and pressured me to play something from my phone, to which I then blessed her ears with Cbat.”

The Reddit user then ends his post by saying that he has already revealed his face on TikTok and will be releasing the full sex playlist on YouTube soon.

There are dozens of people who claim to have found your playlist.

TikTok was quickly inundated with several different people claiming to be the anonymous Reddit user or to have found the playlist. While some people dubiously claim to have found it on Spotify, despite the post saying it will be on YouTube, others have gone so far as to find an Instagram supposedly the same person who then has a link to the apparent playlist. from YouTube.

In a TikTok video viewed four million times, @nickthevirgin claims to have found her Instagram account, as well as the infamous full-sex playlist.

Hudson Mohawke Cbat Reddit

The Instagram account you can see here has a posted link to a YouTube playlist through their story highlight. The playlist includes 13 songs and has classics like Usher’s Love in This Club and Drake’s Best I Ever Had, as well as less conventional options like Bicep’s Glue and then, of course, as a finale, it ends with Hudson Mohawke’s Cbat.

The YouTube account that created the playlist was created two days ago, the same day the Reddit user shared his latest update where he said he would “go to YouTube and try to link all the songs in a playlist and share.”

Nobody knows if the story is a hoax, but the song is at the top of the charts.

The reality is that there are very few ways to know that u/TylerLife is telling the truth and how much of their story is true or not. To some extent, however, the story goes beyond whether or not the original Reddit post is legit.

The impact this has had on Scottish DJ Hudson Mohawke is certainly real. Cbat is part of his 2011 album, Satin Panthers. 11 years after its release, it is now the number one song on Spotify’s global viral chart, as well as atop the US iTunes electronic chart. The musician has made numerous TikTok videos reacting to people. who use their now-viral song in videos and in an effort to promote their new single Cry Sugar, their Twitter bio now reads, “‘Cry Sugar’ is better for sex.”
