The best looks from Milan Fashion Week

Kim Kardashian may have skipped the New York and London Fashion Week shows this season, but she arrived in Milan on the first day of the Italian city’s shift for showings very early (dressed in a brown jumpsuit from PVC leather and a Prada bralette, no less). It was just the beginning of what is sure to be a star-studded five days. Check out Fendi, for example, where Bella Hadid opened the runway in a sheer nightgown, fuzzy pink jacket and pale green opera gloves. The look was one of many chiffon creations Fendi Haute Couture and Womenswear Artistic Director Kim Jones showed on February 23. And through the 28th, high-impact brands like Prada, Versace and Giorgio Armani have in-person shows scheduled. Follow the W editors as they track down their favorite looks for fall 2022, straight from the Milanese catwalk.

It’s made of objects inspired by tradition, patched up objects, objects that look like they’ve been stolen from a museum, all jumbled together. Big coats, big crombies, big jackets. Shrunken jackets.
