Job responsibilities include:

Sales support; create and maintain the market week calendar; customer follow-ups; entry and confirmation of orders; showroom support, including packing/unpacking and transportation of the collection Shipping and logistics support, including label generation, order tracking, and customer/factory tracking Customer relationship support, including service and growth from our personal order business Press support; distribution and tracking of samples Owning the High Sport team calendar in all functions Assistance with product development, including organization and assistance with tests, maintenance of style notes for factory use; work with design to manage sketch updates Production support; line sheet and order management/tracking of raw materials, including yarn, trim, and labels

Candidates must have:

A deep interest and understanding of luxury products and the luxury fashion market. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation and positive and courteous attitude. Creative problem solving skills. knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites; advanced knowledge of Excel a plus Adobe suite proficiency a plus Experience in embedded systems- RLM, JOOR, etc- a plus

This job works closely with the founder and reports to senior team members across functions.

compensation range
The compensation range for this position is 50,000.00 USD – 60,000.00 USD. The offer will be based on relevant experience and skills.
