Rangers’ married ace Fashion Sakala ‘sued by woman over raid involving X-rated snaps’

RANGERS ace Fashion Sakala is reportedly being sued by an alleged girlfriend, over a raid involving X-rated snaps.

The 25-year-old Ibrox star is accused of being involved in online dating with Linnety Kaoma during a four-year relationship that ended in May.

The married Sakala is being persecuted in his homeland by lawyers acting on behalf of Ms. Kaoma, who wants a restraining order imposed on him by a judge.

The allegations are detailed in court documents he filed after parting ways with Sakala, three months after he posted a love note to his wife Violet Zulu that included a Biblical reference.

The striker, who wears number 10 when playing for Zambia, wrote in February: “God bless you. Happy birthday my wife. I promise you love and happiness my baby.

“God bless you and give you long life my queen. FS10 Dreams don’t die. Read: Philippians 1:3”.

But Ms. Kaoma claims Sakala sent her X-rated snaps while she was in the shower and then, after a fight, threatened to share risqué screenshots she had taken.

Court documents state that during the relationship, the couple “often interacted via WhatsApp video calls, and very often did so while showering or while engaging in some form of virtual intimacy.”

They add: “On one occasion, while the parties were engaging in their usual virtual intimacy via video call, the defendant, without the plaintiff’s knowledge or consent, took a screenshot of the video call, capturing the likeness of the plaintiff. in an image that would be considered not only obscene, but also offensive to a reasonable third party viewing the photo.”

The sensationalist claims are contained in documents filed in the high court in the Zambian capital, Lusaka, where Ms Kaomo is seeking an interim injunction.

The lawyers have asked the court for permission to “serve a summons out of jurisdiction” due to the fact that Sakala is currently in Scotland.

The measure is intended to prevent him “invading her privacy, solitude and seclusion, by publishing and/or circulating any material that is reasonably considered absent/offensive, and that bears the plaintiff’s likeness.”

He accuses Sakala of “continuously threatening plaintiff by claiming he was armed with a lot of harmful content from her and would ‘spoke beans’ at any time and at will”.

The court battle has been reported on television and in the media across Zambia.

Sakala, a father of one, joined the Gers last year from Belgian Oostende.
