It’s Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week in the capital of France, and northwestthe daughter of Kim Kardashian Y kanye-westShe is showing off her great style by sporting her father’s old jacket.
From July 3-7, the fashion event showcased new looks from Jean Paul Gaultier, Balenciaga and more, and Kardashian even made her runway debut at the Balenciaga show alongside Nicole Kidman Y dualipa.
Despite all this excitement, North stole the show when he ventured out wearing a rare blue Pastelle jacket, West’s first real foray into fashion, long before the launch of Yeezy namewear.

North was seen walking alongside her mother wearing the jacket, while Kardashian sported a neon green and camo suit. The jacket features color blocking with two shades of blue, red accents, and yellow lettering on the front that reads Pastelle. North paired the jacket with royal blue tones and Balenciaga HardCroc shoes.

West wore the Pastelle jacket to the American Music Awards in 2008, where he performed “Heartless” from his album 808s & Heartbreak. During the event, West also won his first AMA Award for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album.

If you’re interested in getting your hands on this jacket, you’d better save some money. According to HYPEBEAST, consignee Justin Reed offered to sell the jacket for $10,000 this May. Clearly, someone was willing to pay the high price for the trendy outerwear, since it now says “SOLD OUT” on the website.
Other items you’ll find on Reed’s site include a $2,500 Louis Vuitton raincoat, a $2,500 Saint Laurent leather jacket, and a $600 Yeezy cropped puffer jacket, along with plenty of other designer pieces.
North also turned heads while sitting front row at the Jean-Paul Gaultier show alongside Kardashian and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. The teenager was seen holding a sign that said “stop,” which Kardashian explained as her response to paparazzi harassing her to take pictures of her.
“Anyone who knows North knows how much fun he finds this video! North I guess had it with people taking pictures of him so he wrote on his invite STOP and held it up and wanted them to just focus on the show,” wrote. on Twitter along with the clip.
We can’t wait to see what other vintage looks North pulls from her parents’ ample closets in the future.
