With the Braves three games behind the Dodgers in the National League standings, the Braves focused on winning their matchup against the Nationals. The Braves’ Eddie Rosario looked to make an impact on the game, finishing with two hits, but a hit he didn’t count had a bigger viral impact.

Rosario sent a foul ball into the stands and this fan knew it was his time to finally shine. These moments don’t come around often, so it’s only fair to make the most of them.
The fan would soon realize that he had made a terrible mistake and would fall headfirst into the stands in front of him in search of the ball. Fortunately for him, there was no one else around to receive the ball, so he probably had a sore nose and a memory to last a lifetime.
The boy got his ball and the Nationals would win the game. No one was around to try and fight for the ball, but now he’s going viral for doing what younger kids wish they could do. Take home a game ball.
