Climbing the ladder of success with the help of social media marketing, Mickey Arora has made a name for himself. As an Indian-born Spaniard living in London at the moment, life has been a roller coaster for him.
However, through her sheer will and hard work, she has become a recognized name in the world of concierge services. It currently caters to Bollywood and Hollywood stars, athletes, royal families, etc., and organizes both corporate and private events.
Let’s take a look at his journey to becoming a young entrepreneur and a popular name in the world of concierge services.
So, Mickey, have you always wanted to go to concierge services?
I moved with my parents to London from Spain and tried to enroll in a school. But I was rejected because I couldn’t meet my basic academic requirements.
After this, I went to the local university to get a music education. However, it turned out to be too technical for me. At this point, I just wanted to become a record producer.
But now, here I am in the world of concierge services and doing pretty well. From £1000 a month to seven figures feels like a long journey. But I am still young and the opportunities are endless.
So how did this transition from music to janitor happen?
Well, to be fair, another reason I dropped my course was also that I started earning around £1000 a month doing club promotions. I was already working for four or five clubs in my first year and was raising around £100,000 in my third year.
At this point, I had the option of starting the MA Hospitality group or a digital marketing agency. Somehow I did both. But I found my calling at MA Hospitality. And now, I love what I do, and I do what I love.
Tell us more about MA Hospitality Group and the services it offers.
At MA Hospitality Group, we serve VVIP clients. The big names of Hollywood, Bollywood, celebrities, athletes, members of the royal family, etc. We offer concierge services ranging from private jets, yachts, after-parties, private meetings, corporate events, etc.
MA Hospitality group started as an army of one person and now we have a team of fifteen digital marketing specialists. We continually share ideas and help each other grow.
Tell us more about the people you work with.
As I mentioned, we work with all VVIPs and elites. It is a concierge service so our clientele are people who want to enjoy the luxuries.
However, due to the NDA signed with them, I cannot explicitly reveal their names. But social networks exist and I am very active on Instagram, where I share snippets. If you know what I mean.
What is your vision for yourself and the future of your company?
I started with club promotions and now we have numerous services like private jets, corporate events, private events etc. We also deal with numerous celebrities and members of the royal family.
All we have to do is stay focused, add more services and build international partnerships. We want to expand globally and continue to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the privacy of our customers.
Also, while we’re doing pretty well business-wise, we also want to give back to society. We are going to start an NGO in India to help with the education of underprivileged children.
I wake up every day doing what I love and I see no reason to change. I am just as motivated as when I started doing club promotions. If we continue like this, I think we will do quite well.
