Johnny Depp made his controversial appearance at Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty fashion show on Wednesday.
Depp modeled Rihanna’s menswear collection while walking through a forest. The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star joined a group of dancers as Outkast’s “So Fresh, So Clean” played in the background.
“Savage X Fenty Vol. 4” was pre-recorded and is available on Amazon Prime Video.

While several celebrities have walked for Rihanna before, Depp made history as the “first man to partake in this ‘star’ moment, previously done with Cindy Crawford and Erykah Badu at previous shows,” a source told Fox News Digital.
Both Crawford and Badu were featured stars in vol. 3 show in 2021.
Following the news, many fans took to social media to share their thoughts on Depp’s appearance on the show.
“Can’t Rihanna be serious? With all these smooth, beautiful men in Hollywood, and Johnny Depp is the one you’re most attracted to?” an user he wrote on Twitter.
“Delete Johnny Depp scene now, if it ever existed,” another added user.
Johnny Depp won his libel case against his ex-wife Amber Heard earlier this year.

However, some defended the decision.
“I’m amazed at how many people can be manipulated by Amber Heard’s lies,” one user wrote. “You guys are beating a dead horse. The trial is OVER… Some of you didn’t see the trial and it shows.”
Depp made headlines earlier this year during the libel trial involving his ex-wife Amber Heard.
The actor originally sued Heard for defamation after she published a Washington Post op-ed in 2018 in which she characterized herself as a victim of domestic abuse. While he never named Depp specifically, the “Edward Scissorhands” star claimed the op-ed had a negative impact on his career.

Johnny Depp sued Amber Heard for defamation after she published an opinion piece in 2018 in which she characterized herself as a victim of domestic abuse.

During a week-long trial, a jury found that Heard defamed Depp and was awarded $10.35 million in damages. Heard received a $2 million countersuit from her after the jury found that Depp defamed the actress through her attorney.
Following the conclusion of the trial, Heard’s legal team filed an appeal brief listing 16 grounds for appeal.
According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the grounds for the appeal include “clear and convincing evidence” of actual malice and the court’s “failure” to invalidate damages the court awarded after the jury found that both Depp and Heard they defamed each other.
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp married in 2015 before divorcing in 2017.
