London-based photographer and artist Coco Capitan understands this and has channeled that uplifting message into her collaboration with Singapore-based footwear and accessories brand Charles & Keith. “I wanted to create a message of optimism,” says Capiàn in a press release. “That’s why I chose to talk about a wild flower that grows on concrete. I find it incredible that nature still manages to grow in big cities, despite how difficult we make it. To me, this is an observation that carries hope within it.” We dare you not to smile while looking at these whimsical loafers.
