There is less than a week left until Denver Fashion Week (DFW). And Mile High fashion enthusiasts are gearing up for the eight-night event. The event features collections from local, national and international designers with themes that highlight different aspects of fashion throughout the week, from streetwear and sustainability to high fashion. But no event is complete without food and drink. This year, Denver Fashion Week dining experiences are courtesy of local and national restaurant partners, providing something to savor for all VIP ticket holders in the VIP section of the main level. From donuts to sushi, each night will include its own unique culinary experience.

Day one: local haute couture
When: Saturday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: DFW’s local couture extravaganza pairs perfectly with a variety of wacky bites. Mexican food and sushi will act as your first night’s sustenance, provided by some Denver favorites. Colorado Sushi Lady, founded by Katie Ezzeddine earlier this year, will accompany the lively runway and hand out fresh rolls. Taco Choi and My Neighbor Felix will top it all off with delicious little bites.
Day two: couture for children and hair
When: Sunday, November 13. Couture Kids at 11:30 am Hair Show is at 5 pm
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: Just like fashion, donuts are a surprisingly fun and creative way to express yourself, making them a perfect pair for kids’ fashions and hair shows. Dapper Donuts is widely known for its trademark funnel cake-style mini donuts, available in a variety of clever and tempting flavors. With selections like Bananas Foster, Apple Cider Cinnamon Sugar, and Birthday Cake, these treats are hard to pass up. At the hair fair alone, Manzo Lobster & Oyster Bar will team up with Dapper to illustrate an unlikely but delicious pairing.
Day four: Lifestyle ft. Meow Wolf’s first runway segment
When: Tuesday, November 15 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: When Meow Wolf hits the runway, the combo snacks will be nothing short of outlandish. My neighbor Felix and Taco Choi will be back for day four – one night of these bites just wasn’t enough. The two will be joined by Society Colorado and Dreaming of Dessert. These somewhat opposite sites will allow DFW attendees to choose how to enjoy, choosing between something sweet or savory, the best of both worlds. If sweet is your preference, visit the Dreaming of Dessert table for a sugary bite of vanilla or chocolate mini-cupcakes. The society will host a prestigious display of sprouted probiotic cashews, kale chips served with “Notcho Chz”, stuffed mushrooms, all-raw “bacon” burgers, deli meat bites and more tempting options.

Day five: street clothes
When: Wednesday, November 16 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: Featuring prominent local designers, this intimate show combines three talented caterers. A combination of incredible food and a modern setting, STK Steakhouse will offer elevated snacks that will complement the runway alongside the Colorado Sushi Lady. Stop by the STK table to sample their vodka-cured cucumber and savory Salmon Stiletto. The ViewHouse will also sit alongside the catwalk, serving up an abundance of fresh and unique bar-style bites.
Sixth day: Prêt-à-Porter
When: Thursday, November 17 at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: Inspired by Denver’s love of the outdoors, DFW’s ready-to-wear and fitness show features elevated fashion for active, on-the-go lifestyles. Birdcall plans to offer samples of its signature chicken sandwich, paired perfectly with its Birdcall sauce, Buttermilk Ranch or Bird-BQ. Manzo Lobster & Oyster Bar will also be on-site to offer bites to suit every palate, while Dapper Donuts adds a tempting feel to the evening.
Day Seven: National
When: Saturday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: As acclaimed designers from across the country showcase their designs, the Colorado Sushi Lady and Taco Choi will return and cater to this crowd favorite. These coveted food patrons are sure to compliment the works of renowned designers and provide everyone with the energy they need to complete DFW’s impressive display.
Day Eight: Sustainable
When: Sunday, November 20 at 4:00 p.m.
Where: Sports Castle, 1000 N Broadway, Denver
The detail: DFW’s latest runway showcases acclaimed brands that are all committed to sustainable fashion. His mission is to leave others inspired, a pattern that reigns supreme at all shows. The Thai daughter will serve up samples of her heavenly salmon, drenched in a spicy Thai larb dressing. Dapper Donuts plans to join in on this final night of creativity, a reality mimicked by the site’s delicious options.
Denver Fashion Week returns for its fall 2022 season from November 12-20. All shows will take place at Sports Castle, a Non Plus Ultra venue located at 1000 N Broadway, Denver.
