SHANGHAI, China, November 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (“Atour” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ATAT), a leading lifestyle and hospitality company in China, today announced that priced its initial public offering of 4,750,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), each representing three Class A common shares of the Company, at US$11.0 per ADS. The ADSs will begin trading on November 11, 2022 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ATAT”. The offering is expected to close on November 15, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable within 30 days of the final prospectus date, to purchase up to a total of 712,500 additional ADSs. Total gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $52.3 million if the underwriters do not exercise their overallotment option, and approximately $60.1 million if the underwriters elect to exercise their overallotment option in full.
