TikTok user Ashley Bell took to her page to share that she got two FILA hoodies from the store for a total amount of, wait… $13!
“It has pockets!” the content creator exclaimed in the video (because everyone knows pockets are a must) with the caption, “Costco coming in clutch.”
Jennifer Maldonado, another TikTok user, runs Costco Couture’s account on the platform, where she exclusively shares deals she finds at the retailer.
Maldonado spoke with NBC Kristen Dahlgren, mentioning that the search for clothes requires commitment to find good deals. Think of it like second-hand shopping: It usually takes time to sift through clothes and find a bargain.
“You just have to take the time and look,” he said. “I will go to a Costco a week. Sometimes I leave empty handed. So it’s just a matter of, you know, the day and the time and what they have in stock.”
Maldonado recently came across a two-pack of Calvin Klein joggers that were only $21.49. He also spotted a super stylish Tommy Hilfiger bomber jacket priced at $29.99.
The TikTok creator shared a disclaimer that not all Costco clothing comes with the best quality because shoppers don’t buy directly from the designer label. She recommends touching fabric seams and zippers to check the quality of clothing. “You’re not on Rodeo Drive,” she said, noting, “Be very realistic, we’re at Costco.”
Though shopping for clothes at Costco can be an all-day adventure, Maldonado wouldn’t have it any other way.
