Manwah Hires Industry Executive With Strong Fashion Lifestyle Experience

HIGH POINT: Manwah Holdings Ltd. will bring in industry veteran April Winters Kelly as VP of Sales, heading up a new division that supports the fashion and lifestyle retail channel.

Fashion and lifestyle stores represent one of the fastest growing retail verticals, according to Manwah, and the company hopes Kelly will enable Manwah to improve its ability to respond to and support the needs of its retail partners.

“Kelly brings a wealth of professionalism, talent and experience to this new position and will be a valuable addition to our senior management team,” said Gabriele Natale, President of Manwah USA. “She understands the needs and requirements of fashion and lifestyle retailers, which is a retail channel that we have begun to serve with our new expanded capacity. As Manwah continues to expand in this channel, it is important to fill this role with your knowledge and relationships.”

The new position is the result of Manwah’s continued investment in expanding capacity in Mexico, Vietnam and China, according to the company. The hire is part of Manwah’s plan for long-term growth initiatives in additional sales channels such as lifestyle stores.

Kelly has spent her entire career in the furniture industry. Prior to Manwah, Kelly was with McCreary Modern leading sales and marketing from 2004 to 2021 and was previously a Cisco Brothers sales representative, retail store manager for several years, and an independent sales representative for various lines.
