After a radio silence since December of last year, BTS’s golden maknae and fitness fanatic Jung Kook, aka Jeon Jungkook, has finally returned to Weverse to discuss his bedtime routine and fans, or BTS. Army as they called it, they were crazy. Looking at the best of himself, the South Korean boy band vocalist talked about the things he always does before going to bed and hoped that he would benefit the BTS Army, whom he never fails to win.
Sharing his secret to good sleep, he said: “When you go off your cycle, like if you sleep in the morning or late at night, you wouldn’t be sleepy at night if you woke up late. Then the next day, even if I’m a little sleepy, I try to stay up until night. I try to stay awake until I pass out at night. I usually have my room at the ideal temperature. I can’t sleep if it’s too hot or too cold.”
Talking about the nap style, the fitness enthusiast recommended, “Don’t sleep right after you eat. It’s really bad for your stomach. Relax for a bit and sleep slowly. Given the choice between basic stretching and intense crunches, Jungkook suggested Basic stretching training before bed.
